This is the 21st Mooch album
Music written, played, recorded, arranged, mixed and mastered by Steve Palmer at the
Studio-by-the-Stream. In 2010 Steve created the five themes that form the "Green Glow"
album. Using a large array of synthesizers and drum machine sounds - including that of
a very early Korg machine - he used these melodic themes to create three long pieces,
where the melodies go through a number of variations. The effect is of a complex tapestry,
where only after looking at the cloth for some time do you notice all the intricacies.
Steve says, "This is a return for Mooch to the pure electronic sound of the late '90s,
albeit updated with modern synthesizers. I have used the same method of composition
that I used on such tracks as Border Lands."
